I facilitate companies’ growth through proactive partnership in resolving legal issues facing entrepreneurs and growing businesses.

 

In my ten years working at a prominent law firm, I counseled companies in a wide range of industries and helped them accomplish their goals in a variety of contexts, from helping start up business entities, to negotiating multi-million dollar contracts, to assisting with selling or purchasing businesses through mergers and acquisitions. 

 

In my time as an in-house attorney, I witnessed first hand the growth from start-up to mature public company and helped facilitate that growth in a legally compliant manner that prioritized getting things done. As the first legal hire at a high-growth tech company, I was responsible for negotiating a high volume of SaaS contracts, negotiating vendor contracts, establishing corporate policies and training programs, managing international expansion, engaging in strategic partnerships, overseeing corporate governance, facilitating board communications, advising and assisting with financing matters, shepherding the company through a successful going-public process, overseeing the legal aspects of human resources and employee relations, establishing and maintaining equity plans, and advising and closing on real estate and facilities matters.
